Lighthouse Bespoke Healthcare is a CQC regulated company registered in England providing Domiciliary and Supported Living Care services covering Hampshire, Surrey, and surrounding areas. We accept referrals from the Local Authority, Community teams, Commissioners as well as Privately funded service users.
Person-centered care is at the heart of the services we offer at Lighthouse Bespoke Healthcare. We provide a wide range of personal and functional care and associated domestic services to meet the needs of dependent clients (Services Users). We support all ages ranging from children and adolescents, working age adults to older persons who require assistance to continue living independently in their own homes and communities.
Through our supported living services, our goal is to provide care, support and safe housing to young adults who are either transitioning into independent living accommodation. We also support adults with enduring mental health needs, alcohol and substance misuse who might require on-going support in either maintaining their tenancy or rehabilitation as part of their recovery.
At Lighthouse Bespoke Healthcare, we are committed to improving the quality of life of our service users by enabling them to live safely and happily in the comfort of their homes. This will be achieved by promoting a standard of excellence, which embraces fundamental principles of Good Care practice that is witnessed and evaluated through the practice, conduct and control of quality care in the domestic environment.
